Have been ordering Joseph's bread for almost a year now. We love it and my husband eats it every day. We also started buying their olive oil. I appreciate that they carry a high quality olive oil made with integrity.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering online from Joseph’s Organic Bakery , and I couldn’t be more thrilled! After doing some research on their ingredients and baking process, I was impressed to discover that they use just three ingredients to create their delicious breads. This simplicity speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and craftsmanship! When my bread arrived, it was incredibly fresh. The moment I took my first bite, I was blown away by the amazing flavor and texture. I can’t wait to order again in the future. Joseph’s Organic Bakery is the place to go! Highly recommend this gem.

I had extensive food allergies and severe eczema, which flared up about a month ago pretty badly after eating out at friends for holiday meals. The eczema started spreading rapidly, and my body was inflamed. Right now, this bread is pretty much the only carb I can eat safely without causing an eczema flare up. I love the Einkorn, honestly its the best bread I've ever had. The king of all bread. My eczema is slowly clearing up as I am avoiding all other trigger foods like rice (except a little black rice), buckwheat, millet, meat, chicken, fish. It's funny, I'm allergic to regular bread made from regular wheat but not to the Einkorn. It's in a league of it's own. My leaky gut is healing, and the teas including the cistus and green, are helping my immune system recover. I am also doing some N.A.E.T to reduce allergy symptoms which Amos, the owner and baker, recommended. I so much appreciate the help and advice. If not for this bread, I would have nothing solid to eat. The cistus tea is really good for lowering the skin puffiness and inflammation I had from the eczema. Words can't express my gratitude. Thank You for everything.

I did not visit this place. I was referred to their site to order alkaline bread since I am on the Dr. Sebi alkaline diet. I ordered different types of bread and it was delivered promptly and professionally all the way across the country. I was very impressed when I first called to ask questions and joseph answered. He was very personable. That is the type of business I want to buy product from and do business with. I am very happy with the product and they gave complimentary tea and plums to try. I love the bread so much I am ordering more.

I made an order for two varieties of the bread, umeboshi plums, and sea moss gel. The breads are delicious, fresh and so wholesome, that i am coming back to eat this nourishing food again. Truly nothing like organic fresh milled grain made into a simple wholesome bread. Service outstanding, I will order regularly.

I discovered Joseph’s Organic Bakery while looking for ancient grain spelt bread. I was thrilled to find the variety of foods as well as the others breads Joseph offers. I have a slow digestive system and cannot tolerate most bread or baked goods that are typically available in the U.S. I’ve enjoyed several of the other breads from the bakery and thrive with them. I also enjoy and recommend the olive oil and digestive water. All foods were carefully packed and shipped to my doorstep with clear instructions on how to store and enjoy them. Finally a place to find authentic baked goods and essential food. I highly recommend Joseph’s Organic Bakery.

Good afternoon, i ordered two loaves of the Eincorn bread online/ delivered- the bread is absolutely exceptional- being as it is organically grown Eincorn and stone ground in house- as a nutritious, earthy, absolutely hippest type of loaf- because it is naturally sourdoughed from wild yeast in the air... I will say that for the conscientious eater/chewer... It is of a type of the very finest bread available on this earth! the only thing keeping me from having it every day what is that it's a little pricey for me- i cut it on an angle and got about fifteen slices, which puts it at about two dollars a slice, not big slices * ) is it worth it? absolutely. Who doesn't crave a biscotti with their morning coffee? - i think this is a wonderful replacement for that- i like to take a little strawberry jam or orange marmalade In a ramekin, mix in a bit of acid such as a squeeze of one of my fresh key limes- a pinch of sea salt and stir in good olive oil- and dip in small pieces and enjoy the crunch and rarity and beauty and appreciation for such a fine and rare food!!! ty

Order online the tea, the 4 pack of breads & also the Sea Moss. We love them all. I look forward to my tea every night & the bread in the morn inn with my 1 cup of coffee. The Sea Moss goes in my smoothies & protein shakes after the gym. We live in California & delivery is reasonable with how long it takes to get it. Would definitely recommend this place!!! For the bread alone!

I absolutely love the sourdough breads from Joseph's Organic Bakery. I have always ordered the Einkorn; however, I recently decided to order the assortment of Kamut and Einkorn Sourdough Breads. I truly enjoy both of them. If you are new to healthy fermented sourdough breads, I suggest starting with the Kamut. I love that I can eat these breads, digest them well, and still have a flat stomach after eating 1-2 slices per day. They are SO satisfying!!
